Pros
-The people you work with directly are awesome, everyone seems to care, time off isn’t typically a problem, and they want you to put people and family first. -The planes are user friendly to work on, so the work is not too bad most of the time. -Airplane work in the AC is always nice. -Facilities and tooling are pretty new, and well maintained
Cons
Management. They smile to your face and pretend like they want you there, but the turnover rate is extremely high. -The contract-to-hire positions are a long shot. It’s extremely unlikely to work a contract and get a job under a year and half. - it’s a blame game. 1st level management blames 2nd and then 3rd or the headquarters in Brazil. -Dont expect a raise every year, or 2, or 3.... -the training is horrible.
