Good benfits and life balance. Salaries are a litte bit over the brazilian average. A lot of oportunities are created inside the company for employees.

Cons

The aviation market for Embraer is not as comfortable as it is for the two big ones. There is always a chance of "turbulence" to happen.

-Middle management will treat you like fool. -You have always the last sentence in any discution with management: yes sir! -Lack of promotion after 4-5 years. -The offices have bad ergonomy, bad lights, noise.
