- Good reputation on brazilian market - Product is really great, interesting and worth knowing - You may have change to work on relevant projects of brazilian market, only avaiable through Embraer

Cons

- Management seems uncapable of taking right decisions, even when well informed - Toxic working environment, lots os politics - Low compensation, seems only executives makes money there

Salary is a little bit above Brazil average. nothing else.

Cons

Working environment is terrible in ALL possible ways. Pressure from middle management, CEO looks lost, I guess the rate between who works and who pretend is 2:1. Restaurant is bad, physical infrastructure is from the 70, with poor maintenance.

Good benefits. It is possible to have a good life while working there.

Cons

People are chosen to be leaders without the knowledge or skills for it, just because they are friends of the others "leaders". There is no good management.
