Great products, great people, engineering is top notch. Lots of room to grow as an engineer and as a project manager.
Cons
Culture is still from the 70s or maybe the 80s. Needs to evolve in terms of delegation, responsibility and trust.

You're going to be leader of many projects and learn how to solve big technological problems. You're faced with interesting performance challenges. If you are competent, you'll have time enough time to deliver your projects without pression. Initial Salary is good, Around R$ 7500.
Cons
Lot's of legacy technology/project management structure. Salary won't improve, no matter how well you're evaluated by your manager. I'm top 2 in my team since 3 years ago and I didn't receive any improvement. Few feedbacks.
