Pros
Beautiful and fun game. Challenging but rewarding The team is some of the most talented folk you meet and you learn a lot from each other
Cons
Management is not very skilled, top level ideas misscommunicated and it's the devs that pay the price The team members disappear out of nowhere(get logged off) and it's discouraged to talk about it (this was way before the lay offs already There's no benefits outside of it being "remote company", the pay is not impressive and it stays the same for years Crunch is encouraged
