Pros
Free membership only if you work more then 15 hours a week but the place is so disorganize they will let you work 1 day out of the week for 4 hours and still give you a free membership (Favoritism)
Cons
No one is professional, the money sucks, everyone talks crap about the employees and members. Even the Management Team is trash. They Gossip with the employees. The Members are rude, entitled and its really because everyone that works at AMFAM allows it. They hire students that have terrible work ethic because "they're a student and this is not a priority" and they allow people that have been with the company to still be on payroll even if they only work 1 day out of the week, maybe. Long story short its a bad place to work , not worth the money and definitely not worth the membership b/c once you work your shift you do not want to stay any longer to work out. HR is really bad too cause they do not do anything to fix the situation!
