Pros
I met some great people and found out what I wanted and didn't want from a job.
Cons
The company as a whole really is a mess and if members knew half of the behind scenes action, they would have no members. The lack of communication across the company is beyond poor, nobody has any idea what is going on across the clubs which leads to finger pointing instead of resolution. The employees are paid so grossly low that you get exactly what you pay for AKA employees with little to no worth ethic and a high turnover rate. Hourly managers are expected to basically be on call and work off the clock to clean up messes happening at the club while they are off of work. Club gossip from staff who have been there for years is never ending and after awhile newer employees definitely start to feel excluded and uncomfortable. You are responsible for your own uniforms which are ridiculously expensive and most employees are making minimum wage which it takes them a weeks worth of work to pay for one uniform shirt. The full-time benefits are actually pretty good but if you leave, don't expect them to pay you out. This company is so backwards and corrupt, it is truly amazing that they haven't been involved in numerous lawsuits or minimally had to speak for their illegal actions in front of the wage and labor board.
