Free membership, Great relationship with co-workers, Pays well if you produce...great place to network.
Cons
Management doesn't seem to care about employees work morale. When a membership director loses motivation, Management above the people in the situation do not act accordingly. Discrimination is something that they don't take seriously when it comes to hostility in the workplace.
