Pros
I am starting out on the job scene, from this company and one of the pros i found here is the lack of young engineers(the company's last Trainee batch was 3 yrs ago, before the financial meltdown) . Well, due to this, you get to represent yourself quite a lot and meet new people .
Cons
The company is quite new to handling GET's and trainees, we were given departments and they were freezed , without consent or introduction to the other departments aswell
