Great Work Life balance - atleast that made me continue the career here inspite of many other concerns Good Salary for people joining newly Perks and Benefits are good

Too dominating Senior Management Whatever the processes were structured earlier, not all became unstructured nobody knows where they are heading in their career here - very big concern for growth
