Pros
great people, good benefits, strong organization, many clients to choose from, youthful organization (maybe too much so), many training opportunities if you can schedule them, great opportunities for travel in US and internationally
Cons
HUGE company - can get lost in the shuffle; once youre in, no real opportunity to increase compensation dramatically (need to flee to get paid); only most vocal and self promoters acheive advancement - no place for the hard worker who keeps their head down; have heard they are trying to increase employee base exponentially which probably means they will be hiring many under qualified candidates to fill their goal numbers
