Work Life Balance - When the bare minimum is 55 hours a week and any request for time off is met with the phrase "It's your career"... Account Managers are usually kids a year out of college who are given other children to manage. Don't believe the lies during your interview process. Unless you are walking into a situation where you will be lead by a seasoned Account Manager in a established territory your long work hours will usually not be justified until your second year working there...if then. The benefits are horrible
