Pros
Very friendly and up beat environment. Great benefits. The training is very well structured and detailed. Every time a team member accomplishes something the whole team celebrates their success and never goes unnoticed.
Cons
They over work their employees, they don't have any respect or values for their employees work life balance. working 70-80 hours a week is common there, and weekends and no over time pay. You are also required to work during your lunch by going on meetings. If you don't meet your daily or weekly goals they look down upon you. They make it seem like there is lots of room for growth within the organization, but the only way to move up is doing sales. They don't want any of their employee's to stay as recruiters but rather train them into sales even if the employee is a good recruiter and enjoys recruiting. They brain wash their employees and enslave them.
