We are extremely saddened to hear that your experience isn't in line with that of our other crew members here.
We have plenty of ways that our crew members are able to raise issues and provide feedback/suggestions such as Your Voice (which is completely anonymous) and of course contacting our People and Talent department, as well as your seniors/leads directly. We encourage open and honest communication here at Airship, and all of our employees should raise issues and concerns with us so that we are able to investigate further. I can assure you that our People Team uphold confidentiality regarding all employee matters.
Our People Team will always ensure that they are available to meet with our crew and meetings aren't cancelled unless something urgent crops up, and a re-arranged meeting will always be scheduled back in. That being said, I cannot find any instance where a member of the People Team has cancelled a meeting request last minute without a follow up being arranged.
It's disappointing that you haven't taken the opportunity to raise any of these concerns directly with us during your time here.
