Pros
Great place to work. Co-workers are like a second family and for the most part we all work together as a team. Very safety oriented company.
Cons
Considerable amount of time is spent on how things should change, can change and will change rather than actually getting the work done. Sometimes - "too many cooks in the kitchen".
