Pros
A good company that treats its staff well and provides lots of benefits and opportunities for progression. Good salary when compared to other companies. Do not get asked to work outside of working hours unless there it is something very important. Company is flexible with your working hours.
Cons
Working with paint isn't the most interesting of fields, and can be rather boring at times. Do not receive any bonuses, for example when we have developed a new product, although some departments do get bonuses e.g. sales.
