An absolutely terrible company to work for - the worst of the worse! - Technical AkzoNobel Employee Review

The management is terrible, they talk about things like core values and internal development while all they do is wear you down and promote based on friendship and good ole boy systems. The only reason this company is so big is because of the acquisitions - it does not create lasting value.
