Pros
High level of job security. Plenty of overtime. Good people to work with, but many don't stay for long. Average benefit package.
Cons
Less than competitive base salary. Physical facilities are dumpy. Management mantra is maximum production with minimum investment in infrastructure, people, or other resources. Performance appraisal process is a meaningless joke, even to management.
