Pros
Sr Management provides a lot of Autonomy. Well known paint brands make the sale a relatively easy one. Company cars for sales team is a nice perk.
Cons
So many recent org changes and integration with US led to much confusion. Paint industry decline makes revenue targets and bonuses tough to reach.
