Pros
There was a great benefits package with competitive salary. There are a lot of long term employees there that truly believe in company growth. There are several positive restructure changes that will streamline the top heavy management group to allow better flow of changes in the system.
Cons
This company is terrible with timely and accurate communication and real time material management. They are just getting into the pillars of lean manufacturing but they are changing to many things across the company too fast. They want to grow but they don't wait long enough to see the fruits before they change something else again.
