Pros
Union production employees get cheap insurance and an ok hourly wage. Business is growing and they are constantly investing this site.
Cons
Work 6-7 days a week all yr. micro managed from half a world away. They don't seem to care about employees. It'll take 6-15 yrs to get a first shift job.
