Pros
Room for rapid growth and promotional opportunities supporting front-line operators. Have had the privilege of learning a lot in a short amount of time while also being rewarded for it.
Cons
With the rapid growth and my ability to promote within the company, there is little time for activities outside of work. Primary driver is supporting front-line operators as opposed to working in a corporate environment.
