It's like a huge community of professionals that are always ready to help you and apply all effort necessary to guide you through your journey. It's always Day1! Yes it is. There's always something new and challenging to learn.
Cons
It's a huge company with more than a million employees around the world. That's good but also, there's a lot of paths to reach to something (or someone) you need . There's a lot of Standard Operating Procedures and there's also a lot of missing SOPs. Sometimes you can find a lack of information and it's a extreame "do it yourself" / "sel-service" company. Amazon is bureaucratic and it's amazing philosophy sometimes needs to be reinforced in front of so many different cultures, sectors and work levels. Be prepared to work a lot with reduced teams.
