      Pros

      My time at Amazon has been so incredible! I have had the opportunity to learn and develop skills that will take me so far in my career. My team has been great to be apart of. Everyone is willing to help each other out and support one another. The work life balance is great and I feel that I can work hard but still enjoy my personal time. Highly recommend working for Amazon!

      Cons

      It honestly is hard to think of any cons working for Amazon. The only thing I could say is that the benefits could be slightly better in compared to my previous company, but they are still great!

      -Before start date very limited, information about AWS(They don't like sharing over the internet. -Fast pace with training and learning.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
