1. Get to work on a scale in million customers, daily ~1mn rps 2. if lucky and land up in a good team, can work with good engineers that push yourself
Cons
1. High pressure, fast delivery rate (1 failure will set you back your achievements) 2. You need to lead your career from day1, not very supportive managers (in my case)
