Pros
Tons of opportunity, and they are looking for talent that just wants to dive in and learn. Great people. Possible to find a role you couldn't do anywhere else if you put in the effort. But opportunities need to be grabbed right away as things move quickly.
Cons
Difficult to feel comfortable there long term. Expectations appear to be way higher than they actually are sometimes, and this causes alot of discomfort psychologically. A number of cases where metric based incentives are individual in nature, and promotes people to act selfishly with their time, instead of collaborating freely towards a common goal, especially with other architects. Arch work for the most part is not as collaborative as I would have hoped.
