Your sold a dream but leadership are clueless at crafting a successful team. They promote insecurity, favouritism and politics. They are inefficient and wasting company money building egos over an efficient SOC! At the mere mention of mental health concerns caused by the bullying, undermining, humiliating and intimidating behaviour of management you’ll be terminated without even a ‘how are you’! The money is fantastic but nothing can pay for your mental health which was impacted on purpose by the management, pretty much a whole team was targeted
