      Good for freshers as expectations are less Free Snacks at schedules times

      Cons

      Highly stressed environment Overwork and over-expectations Lack of appreciation No motivation Less compensation Expected to perform work of 3 by 1 Weekend working that many times is not scheduled. People are called directly on weekends and asked to login.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
