      a good work culture, flexible hours, and amenities, but also cons such as a potential for outdated technology, low salary and promotion opportunities, and high stress levels

      Technology and growth: Some projects use very old technology, leading to a feeling of being outdated, and there may be limited opportunities for employees to work on the latest tools.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
