      Pros

      Good salary. Office facilities are nice like free breakfast and snacks.

      Cons

      This is not the best choice if you are coder at heart. After working couple of years in Amdocs, you will loose touch with coding and frameworks. Too much work pressure.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
