No work life balance; limited opportunity for career progression; below market wages; raises consistently below cost of living; bonuses provided based on cliques rather than performance; executives are short term profit focused to detriment of long term strategy; North American executives don't appear to be given any real decision making authority by corporate leadership in Israel; inability to provide superior customer satisfaction due to widespread insufficient staffing.
