Pros
+ Cool Culture + Employee care is taken care of + WFH and also BB reimbursement, Timesheet not strictly followed + No restrictions on accessing sites like YT, FB, mailing sites + Open door policy + Office environment has good standards maintained + Employee benefits and perks are good
Cons
- Company losing its touch - Not a good paymasters now - Post promotion no effort is made to bring the person to the required salary standards. Some person at same role might be earning huge and another one promoted might be getting less than his senior subordinate - THERE WERE ACTUAL GOOD LEADERS. But if u land up with a unprofessional management then it is very difficult to prove them incorrect (cause the boss is always right )
