      Cons

      - 12 month salary with a questionable 13-month bonus - Biased end-year compensation plan - Hard or smart work is not valued - Horrible Life/work balance [average of 80 hours per week under a 40 hours contract without overtime payment]

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
