      The Pros are that you got a great team of people. the Knowledge Stack. the Tech Skills. extracurricular activities and fun activities. and Obviously Food.

      Cons

      Work life balance is tipped off many a time. The Work Hours are often Extended.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
