Business Outlook
Pros
Decent Pay. Incredibly supportive management team who want you to grow as a team member. No limit to responsibilities. You're left alone to do your job devoid of micromanagement or 'pigeon' managers. Good flexibility in working hours and working from home.
Cons
Poor redundancy package. Not much else really. The only other downside is having to deal with some difficult customers but that's the nature of the role.
