      HIGHLY political Goes by IMPRESSIONS not work NO work life balance INCOMPETENT people are promoted Political people always find some scapegoat Management doesnt know what is in store ahead and only reacts Firefighters are worshipped MOST INCOMPETENT Top management in India Centre

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
