      Good Company to work with. Work life balance...but depends on your department. Employee friendly and good culture. Great learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Less on-site opportunities in product division. Otherwise no cons as such.

      Pros

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
