Best in class professionals, challenging work, good benefits package starting from managerial level positions.
Cons
Lack or poor feedback although company encourages recurrent feedback process from managers, structured career plans inexist; the company environment requires high amounts of self motivation - it is expected from you that you'll be always proactivem dont ask questions, read extensive documents alone; if you are not part of "the" project or is not a "show off" kind of person, you will be forgiven for promotions.
