      Pros

      This is a growing company and lots to learn. Everyday can be a surprise and the job could never get boring. Pay is on the average in São paulo.

      Cons

      Minimal chance of growing inside the company. The promotions do not seem like an option, people who get promoted often don't get much raise in the salary and end up working more.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
