Good work -life balance. Friendly & open environment. short term (1 to 3 month) on-site opportunity. Good food. Time to time they launch many competitions , code challenge and hackathon. which give you opportunity to show case your technical knowledge and Innovation mindset. Good payhike every year on between 9 to 13%.
Cons
units in amdocs are support and maintenance (OSS) , delivery(where they done customization) and Core team , R&D team who actually develop product . So learning will vary from unit to unit . OSS have very less opportunity to learn something new and less scope to implement if you learn new trending technologies. HR need to more active.
