      Micro management, no work life balance, there are not opportunities to grow up, old technologies are used, almost all managers are lier, they usually lie to customers about the current status of projects, low salaries

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
