      1. Flexible Timings. No One Bothers about when you are coming & going as long as you are finishing your work on time. 2. Casual dressing. 3. Learning Opportunities. 4. Great Co Workers.

      Cons

      1. Work Life Balance. 2. Grading & compensation System. - Managers didn't even bother to check what you are doing and grade as what they want to give you not on what you have accomplished. 3. Middle Level Management - They are totally worth less and pain in @ss.

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
