      Even if you are a computer engineer graduate, Amdocs might give you a testing or support job if you are a fresher. For SI Testing, night shifts are a routine Some freshers might be given core development work in Cyprus and some are put into testing or support in night shifts. I was offered testing and was not told beforehand that I would be offered testing. I thought as I am a computer engineer from a very good institute, I will be offered development job. Some of my friends were randomly given dev job.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
