      you have a job, cares for employees, have nice lunch and snacks at office , business travels

      Cons

      1. low salary. 2. no work life balance. 3. far away from software development industry, mostly in system integration and politics. 4. Israeli management - they don't leave your sunday and other non Israeli holidays free.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
