-Good working culture -Flexible regarding as per technology, you can easily ask to Manager if you willing to work on some technology -Free breakfast in morning and evening + 24 hours Sand-witch Bar + Fruit's -Cafeteria is big enough -Employee engagement activities are good

Higher management should need to be taken care periodically about employee's progress to avoid any politics going on
