      - Bonus /rewards - Work life balance - Nice projects. Good platform to learn and develop new skills

      Cons

      - If you were lead in some previous company, then they will not give same position as your previous company. For growing in Amdocs, you have to start from base in Amdocs - If your project is Ram down, then the IJP process is not good as they will give you the same salary and can lower the position as well

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
