      1. Fair On-site opportunities 2. Good work culture 3. Product development 4. Work life balance in most of the divisions. 5. Free snacks 6. Good learning 7. Good people & environment

      1. More time in product specific knowledge, which doesn't keep you up to date with tech. 2. Use of older versions in development. 3. Productivity is less comparatively, involved more in resolving inter-linked product issues.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
