Pros
Flat structure, one can approach any level of management regarding issues. Work culture is good and timings are flexible. They pamper employees to an extent with respect to team outings, unlimited provisions of fruits, sandwiches, breakfast and snacks daily and other such small benefits.
Cons
Work is very monotonous. Few teams do substantial and good work. The rest are mainly for support of existing products. Its not as glamorous as people outside the company expect it to be. Though initial packages are good, raises are not at par with industry standards.
