      For base pay of 5lpa you get 38000 inhand monthly. Lots of benefits Chilled atmosphere No work pressure Very good work culture

      In the beginning it's difficult to understand as there is no proper training but after that phase has passed there are no cons

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
