      Good career starting salary, experience with a multinational company.

      Cons

      Learning curve is really low, after some time you feel like your job is just to press buttons. Groth and promotion are completly relationship related and only happens when other people leave the job.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
